Interim Operations Director (6 months)
(Vietnam - Ho Chi Min City)
Responsibilities:
Support the CEO in the development and implementation of internal business processes for different products with the goal of providing excellent customer experiences in delivering the bank’s services.
- Build up a team of operations professional
- Manage the performance of banking operations activities to support the business/product group
- Coordinate development between multiple parties to support new product/services rollout
- Design/develop/review/approve operational processes for different product/services
- Provide targeted training for new product support when appropriate
- Address and resolve operations issues
- Coordinate between Operations Users and IT Organization for various Technology requirements
- Establish reporting and review of operations performance
Requirements:
- At least 15 years operations experience within the consumer banking sector
- Experience and hands-on knowledge of the Vietnam market would be advantageous
- Knowledge on forecasting and general project management with a strong capability in managing, prioritizing and multi-tasking
- Skilled in process design and re-engineering with a technology oriented mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong communicator
- Strong teaming abilities and effective organizing capabilities
- Excellent leadership skills
