Interim Operations Director (6 months)
(Vietnam - Ho Chi Min City)

Responsibilities:
 
Support the CEO in the development and implementation of internal business processes for different products with the goal of providing excellent customer experiences in delivering the bank’s services.
  • Build up a team of operations professional
  • Manage the performance of banking operations activities to support the business/product group
  • Coordinate development between multiple parties to support new product/services rollout
  • Design/develop/review/approve operational processes for different product/services
  • Provide targeted training for new product support when appropriate
  • Address and resolve operations issues
  • Coordinate between Operations Users and IT Organization for various Technology requirements
  • Establish reporting and review of operations performance 
Requirements:
 
  • At least 15 years operations experience within the consumer banking sector
  • Experience and hands-on knowledge of the Vietnam market would be advantageous  
  • Knowledge on forecasting and general project management with a strong capability in managing, prioritizing and multi-tasking
  • Skilled in process design and re-engineering with a technology oriented mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong communicator
  • Strong teaming abilities and effective organizing capabilities
  • Excellent leadership skills
