Job Title: Distribution Manager

General Purpose:
Ensuring proper distribution and storage of products and materials in order to achieve company’s objectives and customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate arrangement of materials and products at distribution centres
• Put structures in place to monitor and control the flow of goods from the distribution centres
• Evaluate inventory and freight costs to ensure cost-effective operation
• Work with both production and customer service executives to ensure seamless operation

Qualification, Age & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Administration, Transport or Business Management with minimum of 5 years cognate experience in manufacturing environment or FMCG company
• Demonstrable project management experience (ability to see project through execution
• Age limit of this position is 33 years

Key Competencies:

• Excellent team/leadership, negotiation and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Proficient in relevant IT software
