Job Title: Head of Logistics

General Purpose:
Planning, coordination and management of movement of goods in a Supply Chain that includes raw materials suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and customers

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of goods movement and storage
• Development and maintenance of statistical model to operate the supply chain efficiently
• Co-ordinate/control order cycle and associated information systems
• Data analysis for performance improvement and problem solving
• Liaison with Suppliers and Customers

Qualification, Age & Experience:

• Good first degree in Business, Science or Engineering related discipline or equivalent professional qualification. MBA or MSc will be added advantage
• Minimum of 10 years cognate experience in manufacturing environment or FMCG company
• Proving track record in all aspects of supply chain and project management
• Age limit of this position is 40 years

• Communication and interpersonal/relationship building
• Proficient in relevant IT software such as Excel
