We are a Property Management business looking for a flexible, detail oriented, and organized assistant.
Job Description:
• Organize and prepare leases for renewal
• Write ads for potential tenants on Craigslist
• Interview tenants
• File bills, leases, etc.
• Call vendors to set up appointments, and verify payments
• Make Copies and Faxes
• Organize the office space,
• Write letters and talk with tenants/vendors.
• Balance bank statements.
• Answer phones
Qualifications:
• Be computer savvy in Word, Excel, Google Docs. ( Quickbooks is a plus, but not required).
• Be very organized
• Be personable
• Non-Smoker
Times:
• Monday 8-12
• Tuesday 8-12
• Friday 8-12
• Flexible, . Opportunity for hours to increase over time.
